Where do you ship to?
Currently, I only ship to the U.S. through Shopify. For anyone who resides outside the U.S, please visit my Etsy.
I love your mousepad! Where did you get it?
I bought the Animal Crossing mousepad, frequently featured in my tiktok videos and instagram, here. (This is not a paid advertisement!)
Are your stickers weatherproof?
Yes IF the product description says:
~ Professionally made and vinyl (according to my manufacturers’ page, it is weatherproof for a few years)
Any other materials, like matte stickers, are not weatherproof!
However, if the product description says the sticker is handmade, I do not believe it is weatherproof or waterproof (but I could be wrong) - test at your own risk!
I placed an order but it didn't go through and I got charged!
If you don't receive a confirmation with your order number, it means I didn't receive your order! It is likely you had a phantom charge when placing an order. This phantom charge should pend and go away, but if it doesn't, please email me at bloopthesoup@gmail.com.
The delivery time is 3-5 days but my package is still in transit!
The delivery time is an estimated time and may take longer due to shipping and/or weather delays. Please be patient if your order doesn't arrive in the estimated time frame! ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧
My package says it was delivered, but I never received it!
It may take a few days for your order to be delivered after your tracking has marked it delivered. Please double-check that the address you put in was correct, and be on the lookout in case it might have been delivered elsewhere (e.g. mailbox, neighbor’s house, etc.)!
If your order still hasn't arrived after a few days, I’d recommend contacting your local post office and asking about it! They most likely will be able to help you locate your package. Once your package is taken by the carrier, I no longer have control over your package.
If you think your package was stolen (e.g delivered at front/back door but it isn't there), it may be helpful to file a police report for your stolen goods.
If your local post office or police is unable to help, please email me IMMEDIATELY (do not wait) at bloopthesoup@gmail.com. We may be able to go through an insurance claim through the USPS site.
